Could Speed Post be delivered without being booked for tracking?

R5: Tracking screenshot of Speed Post not Booked

PS Update: Resolved/Delivered, The screenshot was made from using info from sms, turns out original receipt info is not same as sms received to acknowledge the same, checking the original receipt that i took camera shot had diferent info and i was able to track it, it says it was delivered successfully.

Question:
Sent Speedpost more than a month ago but only now tracking online, shows up as not booked, could it be possibly delivered without being booked or not?

Recipient is an instituition hence I cannot verify delivery in reliable manner until its too late.

What are my options in this case?

Set up spells - benefits from multi attack like hex/hunters mark from magic initiatwme + gwm + rune shaper that gives enlarge & armor of agathys

Complimentary spells - using spells without attack rolls like fireball or magic missile for tactical needs

Dont forget shield reaction

Has no one tried this or is this lame?
