Long story short I was diagnosed with lyme almost 2 years ago, it went on for almost a year undetected before treatments. My symptoms included mass fatigue, racing heart rate with little activity, palpitations, heat intolerance, and overall spiked anxiety. I eventually mostly recovered for around a year but recently have been having really bad flare ups and new issues. Started off with heavy dpdr for about 2-3 months which eventually stopped but has ruined me mentally. Really bad almost daily air hunger even when breathing "fine". Within the last 2 weeks though i've had super intense joint pain throughout my whole body and i just ache, doesn't even fully go away with rest. I know its very common with lyme as I know someone with this exact issue but im mostly concerned because I never had it as an original symptom. Been back on doxy for a few days along with vitamin supplements but the pain has barely resided, i literally move and feel like a wooden board. How can i be sure this is the lyme and if it is will it eventually calm down and reside? I get panic attacks and sob about everynight out of fear and pain. Im mainly concerned if it can also be something autoimmune or worse, just hoping its not the case. Im sorry if this rant spirals, just feel so tired and lost anything would help or anyone I can talk to. Thanks anyways if you read all that
