I have the YASB taskbar and picked the one i like, but some of the app widgets are not working?

I followed a few youtube videos and went about it myself. I like the way this one looks. Simple clean and it matches my entire desktop well. But when i try to use most of the apps in the middle, they don't work whatsoever. Have I missed something? Do I have to enable something? I'm a bit new to the pc thing so any help is much appreciated.

Only ones working: Terminal, Task manager, Notifications. (3/11)

What makes a good search engine a good search engine? And how will I know what's best for me?

So far, it looks as though the most frequently recommended engines are DuckDuckGo and some others that were apparently made(?) by random people or groups. Anyway, I guess some of the main things I'm curious about, ill list.

-What is a proxy when talking in terms of search engines?

-How can I tell when a search engine is a no-go or a green flag?

-Are some search engines more catered to certain pc's or does that not matter?

-What are some truly "good" search engines to consider?

They're not even trying to hide it.

Code is put in 10 times to make sure it's correct and my brother's capcut is still not taking it. Finding the screen tht takes the invitation code was hard as hell on its own. I don't even know how he clicked it. He was just clicking all around the interface. NO, he will not be taking anyone else's codes, DON'T send them.
