For some background: I've been smoking for 10 years. About five years in, I also started vaping to lessen my cravings. On normal days, I would smoke about five cigarettes, which ain't much, but on peak days during recruit school, I was smoking about 1.5 packs a day. This is about the same as I would smoke in our yearly repetition courses. The explanation is pretty simple in this case: you often have to wait for something and you are outside, so might as well light a cigarette. My goal was to quit after my repetition course in May, but more subtle in the way of vaping with much less nicotine than the equivalent cigarettes. I mixed some e-liquid (120ml with 200mg nicotine, so about 1.66 mg/ml) and really had no issue for the last two months. A few days ago though, I finished my liquid, so I don't have anything to smoke/vape anymore. Since then, I've had cravings to smoke. Not necessarily cigs or even something with nicotine, just something I can inhale. I wouldn't call myself having crazy physical withdrawals, more like psychological ones, like usually when I would wait for the train, I would smoke or meet friends in an outside bar I would do the same. Do you guys have any tips to combat those feelings? Just put a toothpick in your mouth or a straw?

TLDR: I don't crave nicotine, more the social setting where I used to smoke like waiting for the bus or on a terrace at a pub. Do you guys have a good tip for that?
