I support property managers and want to support them the best I can. I am new to property management and want to learn quickly. My clients are constantly busy and rarely have time to talk, so I am coning here for help instead.

I'm want to understand what actually makes a property manager's day harder than it needs to be. The repetitive tasks, are there things that fall through the cracks, frustrations with software, communication with tenants or owners, maintenance coordination, building wifi dropping, reporting, or whatever it is.

Any and all problems welcomed. If you just want to vent, I'd like to hear that too.
