I shipped two orders in early May but mistakenly swapped the shipping details. One buyer reached out to me, and she shipped the order to the other buyer. I paid for the shipping and everything. The other buyer refused the order, and Shiprocket returned it as an RTO. I refunded the first buyer, including the shipping cost, because it was my mistake and she had already waited 10–12 days.

Today, I received the RTO order, but it contains a completely different product. I was suspicious because the packaging looks completely different from mine. Now I’m confused about what they would even do with Plum, Cetaphil, and SDJ minis. They can’t even sell them, so what’s the point of doing this? Company- shadowfax.
