Suggestion:
I think lottery picks should automatically be playing big minutes, at least in their first two years before teams decide to give up on them, to make the game more realistic. League wide I have seen Top 10 picks play less than 10 minutes on their rookie year while their team continue to suck, something that is very unrealistic.
I have been controlling myself for the past week now pero di ko na talaga kaya. I need an outlet for my frustration. Ang daming mahihina ang utak sa Mindanao. Mostly from Davao, the older generation, mga DDS na dakilang mga bulag at fake news enjoyer.
Nakakagalit yung narrative na pinupush nila sa Facebook. Naaawa ako sa mga players who survived the tragedy. Bat di talaga nila ma gets? Ang kitid ng utak. Iniisip ko ang future ng mga suviving players, ang hirap on their part na dadalhin nila ang accusations ng mga bobong to for the rest of their lives. They are all still so young, with full lives ahead of them and yet ganito na ang burden na pasan nila.
Bat ba pinupush nila yung narrative na probinsya vs tagalog??? Mga bobo talaga eh konting research lang malalaman na nila na Bahay, Asoro, Cainglet, Espina, Espinosa, and even former players Porter, Rota and Fjelvang are from the province. They were fine. WALA namang reports na minamaltrato sila dun. THIS IS NOT THE FUCKING 1900's guys.
Also yung narrative na mayaman vs mahirap. BULLSHIT. I grew up playing basketball with the brother of one Ateneo's Cebu boys, HINDI NAMAN SILA MAYAMAN yet okay naman daw treatment sa kaniya ng team.
What's even more frustrating is yung mga hateful comments from Facebook are coming from mga nanays or aunties na wala namang alam sa basketball, or di kaya mga bonjing na sa mukha palang alam mo na never touched a fucking basketball in their entire lives. Isipin niyo yung accusations kay Kieffer, na kesyo inggit daw or takot masapawan. WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT??? Next to Andy Gemao, Kieffer is our golden boy. A Batang Gilas Standout, UAAP juniors MVP, The number 1 highschool prospect before he went to the USA. He went to play ball in the US guys!!! THE US. And he did quite well for a Filipino. Anong pake ng America sa connections niya dito sa Pinas? WALA. Yet, he still did quite well given his circumstances. It goes to show yung level ng skills na meron siya.
Also, Jared Bahay was the number 1 ranked highschool player during his time. He also happens to be from the province of Cebu. With their argument, diba dapat may nangyari ng masama kay Bahay? Kase nga takot "daw" mga richkid ng Ateneo masapawan ng mga magagaling na mga bisaya/promdi??? Dito palang basag na argumento nila eh.
I feel bad for the players. Grabe yung hate lalo na from Facebook. I hope they get the necessary help that they need to get through this tough time.
