Anybody know? my friend just bought it and we don't know what it is

My wife and I are going to the celebration at Mclaren Park here in SF today. He brought me so much joy since I first saw him at Winterland in Oct 1974. btw, this pic is at a friend's house on Loon Mtn NH. Does anyone know who took it or where i could buy a copy? it's one of the best shots of Jerry i've ever seen. Peace and love
