Bluetooth speakers in my restaurant still somehow connected to phone notifications.

Hello all. At first my phone was connected the speakers in my coffee shop and played music through that but everytime i’d get a phone call or text the ring would go through the speakers.

We got the music it’s own ipad and we use spotify. The ipad is not connected to the phone in any way but is using the same wifi. For some reason when i get a notification on my phone the music will pause or like go quiet for a second but the notification is on the ipad. Please help. Thankyou

I’m looking for happier people that are proud of the area they live in

Is this just life for most americans now in the social media era or is it just my city? In st. Louis it feels like everyone is mildly unhappy, deadened, plain, downers, depressed. Mostly everyone also talks shit on it and mostly everyone dreams of and is talking about moving somewhere else.

On the flip side when i visit chicago there is real pride for that city and the people i met seemed so much happier, friendlier, more jovial, more upbeat.

Are there other cities that also feel like they have happier people. I guess i’m looking for a city where the main topic of discussion with people isn’t “i don’t like living here and we want to move out and here’s the places i’m thinking about movin to”

An aside: i honestly think the state politicians have this goal in mind for missouri to push out as many progressives as possible and desire to be the “new” texas or texas lite

I have to get out of the bible belt

I live in St. Louis and have lived in the bible belt my whole life. I’m so tired of extremist christians running this state’s politics and have to know what it’s like to live somewhere outside the belt. What cities/states in the u.s. are the best for atheists to move to?

Edit: i think what i’m finding most frustrating is trying to date as an atheist in the bible belt. Surprising how many times i’ve been on a date and the dates end because we find out we have different beliefs. It has got to better somewhere else
