I’m afraid to repot my Monstera.. Tips?
Hi All,
A year ago I purchased plants baby Marty the Monstera Adansonii. As you can see Marty has grown quite a bit and needs a new home. It’s finally warm enough to re-home him without (hopefully) traumatizing him.
I’m wondering if anyone with Monsteras can give me some advice. I’m deathly afraid I’m going to kill him, but I know keeping him in this tiny pot will eventually do the same thing.
Things I’ve purchased for the repotting: -plastic grow pot bigger than the current -soil (can't remember the brand, a local nursery helped me pick it)
- Molly's Aroid Mix to mix into the soil -A stackable moss pole set to support him growing vertically instead of trailing. -miscellaneous tools (e.g potting mat, shovels, etc)
Thanks in advance!
