Where are you ladies selling furniture and other household things?
I’m moving and need to sell some pretty nice stuff like a couch, 65 inch smart tv, dresser set, a double basket Ninja air fryer, etc for some extra $ and nothing is moving. I’ve tried Facebook marketplace but it’s just an echo chamber of “is this available?” and no follow through. I’ve tried NextDoor and it’s just scammers lol. Are there other platforms that maybe I just haven’t thought or heard of yet? At this point I only have about a week to sell everything and if I don’t, then I’ll just be a blessing to someone and give it away. But I REALLY need the money lol.
Best place for a solo 30 y/o woman to watch the Spurs?
Ideally with a fun vibe, some good drink specials and good music during commercial breaks. Somewhere I won’t look awkward being by myself lol thank you everyone! Go Spurs!
30F, childless, $90k salary. Which area is best for me?
Moving back to San Antonio after quite a few years so don’t really know what’s what these days.
Here’s what I’m looking for ideally:
- House or townhome, 2/1 or a 2/2 or even a 3/2 under $2k. I’m open to apartments however.
- In a somewhat walkable area. I know San Antonio isn’t known for walkability but I want to at least be able to walk to a coffee shop, gym, a nice park, and a bar or two.
-A nicer looking area. There’s a few homes I’ve toured but the neighborhood looked a little run down. I’m not looking for perfectly manicured lawns and statues but I’d like to be pulling up to an aesthetically pleasing neighborhood
-Ideally an area that skews towards singles? Being childless and also dating, I wouldn’t mind being away from where all the families tend to be. But this isn’t a hard requirement at all
Any suggestions or advice? Thank you!
I’m looking to lay in a big comfy bed in a big comfy robe, pop an edible, order room service, and just have some peace. Maybe a massage?
Which hotels are the best for this?
