Can I plug my new septic into an extension cord for now?

My septic got finished on Friday and they said "the electrician will call you to schedule an appointment to finish this up. It should take a week for a full family to fill the tank or one person 4 weeks."

We have 3 adults and one baby living here and I am terrified of the basement flooding again. We were out of town when it got installed so we came back with a bunch of laundry to do and now i feel like I cant use the water at all because we are getting closer and closer to one week. The electrician still has not called.

Can I just plug it in with an extension cord until the electrician finally comes out?

Can concert venues/music festivals use FRS/GMRS frequencies?

I'm out at a music festival and I brought my radios because its field day on Saturday. I have the GMRS frequencies programmed into my HT so can scan them and listen and im hearing the staff for this festival on at least 2 different frequencies and they are most likely using FRS because I am not receiving them great on the edge of the campground.

Is it legal for them to be using those frequencies as a business?

The basement in my house has flooded twice in less than a week since closing.

The sellers disclosed that the septic failed compliance and it is in the contract for them to replace it. Money is escrowed and septic company is scheduled.

They said that the septic was recently pumped and is fully functional.

They also disclosed that they had a root ball issue 3 months ago and it was "fixed immediately". Roto Rooter came out and said that if they did "fix" it, they just punched a hole in the roots enough to get drainage.

$867 to be able to use any water in my new house because any water down a drain backed up in the basement.

I ran out of towels and just started tossing clothes on the floor. The white room is going to be my office and thats where the water pooled the worst.

Just pulled this off my parents barn. It's been up there for at least 16 years, probably more than 20.

I tried googling the numbers at the connector but that just pulls up the connector itself.

I'm hoping to use it for HF/VHF/UHF if possible but I only have HTs because I just got my license.
