This amount of bubbles normal?

Usually no issue with Pyrex but recently purchased and was curious if this was normal/typical for the newer Pyrex containers? All 5 in this case came similar to this. Just curious. I thought it was dusty initially. Thanks all.

Masonry wall extends to top of joist. Plywood and stud wall just above. I’m sure sealing will help with some of the cold in the basement, but looks like I still may get cold air from the top floor/joint above? Thoughts or anyone with experience from a similar construction.

Location: Long Island, NY. Was planning on sealing with two-part foam. Currently reviewing the efflorescence and staining on the joist to determine if this is a recent issue. Will correct before sealing. Just moved in a year or so ago.
