Clamshells and OI

I have a tight OI and tight PSOAS and hip all on right side causing my PFD where o have nerve irritation esp at the Pubic Mons, however I was recently introduced to clamshells (obv also doing stretches and relaxation)

When I do it, I do feel it at the side of my hip, but I’m scared my TFL is taking over and if this is making my OI tighter, I only do like up to 3-4 inches.

The next day I do feel bit tighter, but not to an extent I’m having my stinging flare up. I was wondering if this is all good to do? Because clearly my OI and PSOAS are doing my glutes work in everyday life

Clamshells

Has anyone with a tight/weak pelvic floor (with right side issues esp like maybe a forward right hip) ever seen great outcomes when combining clampshells in your routine?

I have a tight OI and PSOAS on right side and hip etc, but extreme nerve pain in my pubic spot with raw touch sensitivity. Pls lmk if it has ever helped anyone? I was thinking it can help my psoas and OI to relax long term once I stabilize my right hip

Confused with LSAT demon

Hi, this might sound dumb, but I’ve used 7sage before, and over there it’s more lessons quizzes like a curriculum to follow. However, I just got the lsatdemon essential package, and confused where the lessons etc are? All I see is in courses but idk if that’s just the entirety of the lessons they have?

Strengthening for pinched nerve?

Anyone here who has knowledge or experience a pinch never esp coming through your psoas and hip (plus they’re tight and pf is weak/tight), have u done strengthening and saw any progress.

My pain is mainly in the pubic mons area with extreme touch sensitivity and my right hip is a bit tilted forward (right psoas, right oi tight and right hip tilted tiny bit forward)

Scream on touch

tmi but has anyone (females) who are suffering from nerve pain due to this (pelvic floor dysfunction) notice that when touching the pubic mons/clit area (like if a medical practitioner was doing it to check etc), it hurts so bad that u may scream/groan, like the pain is that intense.

Has anyone noticed if this has helped their tight weak pf and OI and psoas?

Skin/nerve sensitivity?

Hi, does anyone know what I can do for extreme touch/general nerve sensitivity in my pubic and clit area. It always feels raw and stingy and prickly.

Nerve meds don’t rlly help, if anyone knows another approach I can take, esp long term. Also one side is puffy/swollen.

How can I lose weight any tips?

I have extreme pubic mons area sensitivity and pain. I can’t even walk more than 4K steps without extreme stinging pain. I do have a right hip a bit tilted forward, which I think is causing my weak/tight pelvic floor. Been in physio over a year, only small progression not much, however I’ve started to gain so much weight I’m only a 22f and nothing is fitting me, I can barely go out.

Are there any tips how I can lose weight? I used to be a runner, I rlly want to run but ik it will cause a flare.

Bacoflen instead of internal release?

So I can’t afford to keep doing biweekly physio sessions, I was thinking to do bacoflen 10mg cus it does help a lot. And maybe start strengthening while taking it? Cus I have a weak/tight pelvic floor, a tiny tilted forward right hip, I also have extreme (my main problem and symptom) pain in my pubic mons and clit area it’s so sensitive and u can’t even touch the area.

I also noticed the right side towards my hip (right) is puffy). So I was thinking maybe if I strengthen and fix my imbalance the pain will go away and pelvic floor will relax? (My issue was caused I think by doing exercise at home possibly wrong form or focusing on side)

Has anyone with similar symptoms tried this? I’m 22F

This is who we should focus on helping in Sikhi- the less unfortunate and Dasam Granth interpretation

Let’s help anyone who needs it not just limited Punjabis (which r not dominantly Sikhs btw) but beyond

Jus thought I should share for all the red pill users on this page :)

Also for those who said guru gobind Singh ji said that charities should be only donated to Khalsa (and like its more fruitful) in the dasam Granth, I hope you’re taking historical context over that, back then other charities mainly Hindus prioritizes helping based on caste; Guru Ji was also breaking the monopoly that the priestly (Brahmin) class held over religious donations. He meant that Khalsa is the most resourceful when helping so hence they should be donated charities aka the most fruitful. He never said to prioritized Sikhs over non Sikhs, but rather do selfless seva, we are all creations of Waheguru, so why discriminate. I also went to Khalsa school 12 years of my life and this was what I was taught as well as thousands of my peers and take it however u want but irl this is what I see Sikhs doing, then I see the ones in this page on their couches complaining abt Khalsa aid pls get up and wcc go help if ur worried, I want to see u all start charities then. 🤷🤷‍♀️

I thought Sikhi teaches like about seva and help those are in need and great help. Someone here posted about Khalsa aid not helping Punjab Sikhs enough etc; but shouldn’t Khalsa aid prioritize who need help the most and urgently, like the starving kids in Gaza and Syria, the old people in a war zone in Ukraine. I suggested this and I’m getting downvoted.

I just want to say Punjabi culture does not equal Sikhi, and we should not restrict help or hold higher hierarchy for people of Punjab than who truly need more URGENT help (I’m not saying don’t help Punjab etc like duh help, but ofc help those who are in immediate danger first, don’t hold one ethnicity group higher than the rest).

The Gurus always helped people of other religions and ethnicities.

The r/sikh removed it, but I was getting awards and many private DMs agreeing. The mods in that page actually need to be looked into
