Regarding the date of convocation (need help)

My friend is studying in veltech university (2022 batch btech) I just wanted info about the date of convocation.i need the date of it to plan a surprise visit on their convocation day.i live nearly 500 kms away and i am a student so need to verify the schedule too.
If anyone knows some inside info it will be helpful for me.please drop any info you people know that might help me(i need to plan things early as i will be travelling by road -private transport)
Have listened a few rumors about it being in August

Friend gifted me this for my birthday(kyt tt revo-nearly 10k)

My friend got me this helmet as a birthday gift

Beauty of this story- my friend himself uses a axor apex which he bought nearly for 4K and gifted me a helmet costing around 10k consisting all other expenses
The reason I am exaggerating about the price is bcz if I ever gift something to someone i may not be able to gift a thing which is costlier than the thing I use. But he did it

That’s the thing which amazed me
And for info we both are unemployed.i mean students . We don’t earn a penny
