*Role:* Zoho Creator Specialist & Data Admin

*About Us*

We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer in the Philippines to help manage and grow our Zoho Creator system. This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership of data, reporting, and client management.

*What You’ll Do*

1. *Build & Maintain Reports* – Create custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Creator for internal use and client updates

2. *Data Import & Cleanup* – Import client data weekly, check for accuracy, and maintain data integrity

3. *Client Database Management* – Update records, manage client segments, and ensure the database stays current

4. *Weekly Data Tasks* – Complete assigned data entry, imports, and exports every week without reminders

5. *Troubleshooting* – Identify issues in forms, workflows, and reports and fix them or escalate with clear notes

*What We Need From You*

- *2+ years hands-on experience with Zoho Creator* – you know Deluge scripting, forms, workflows, and reports

- Proven experience importing/exporting large datasets and cleaning data in Excel/Google Sheets

- Strong English communication – written and spoken

- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to weekly deadlines

- Based in the Philippines with stable internet and ability to work PH time zone hours

*Nice to Have*

- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or Zoho Analytics

- Basic HTML/CSS for form customization

- Experience managing client databases for service-based businesses
