Looking for a small group of serious 2026 grads targeting Software Engineering roles

I'm looking to form a small accountability cohort for 2026 grads (or anyone targeting software roles this year). The idea is to keep each other accountable through daily progress updates, weekly check-ins, mock interviews, resume reviews, and job application tracking.

If you're interested, send me a Reddit chat with:

Tech stack

Projects

Current interview prep status

We'll coordinate here on Reddit initially and figure out the next steps once we've found a good group.

Looking for a small group of serious 2026 grads targeting Software Engineering roles

I'm 22M, and I'm looking to put together a small Discord group (around 5–8 people) for those aiming to land a Software Engineer role during this hiring cycle.

The idea isn't another study group where everyone shares resources and disappears. Instead, we'd act as each other's managers and hold one another accountable for actually making progress.

Things we'd keep each other accountable for:

DSA practice

Building and shipping projects

Resume improvements

Job applications and referrals

Mock interviews

Networking

Daily/Weekly goals and progress updates

The goal is to create an environment where everyone is consistently executing rather than procrastinating.

I'm ideally looking for people who:

Are 2026 grads (or actively targeting SDE roles this year)

Are genuinely committed to improving

Can spend a few minutes each day posting progress and participating in weekly check-ins

This isn't meant to be a huge community. I'd rather have 5 highly committed people than 100 inactive members.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, comment or send me a DM with a bit about yourself (tech stack, projects, interview prep status, etc.). If we have enough like-minded people, I'll set up a Discord server and we can get started.
