Does the embody chair get more comfortable over time?

Started having fairly bad back pain after sitting at a desk working around 12 to 14 hours a day (yes I know thats not good but not the point of my post). Decided I would try investing in a much better chair to see if that might help and settled on the embody chair.

It’s hard to tell as I’m still having some pain but the pain seems to happen later in the day and the pain becomes more manageable even when present, but I haven’t had a moment yet where I feel this chair is consistently comfortable. Will this situation continue to get better or should I consider the Aeron while I’m still in the return window? Curious if those who used the embody felt instant comfort / improvement. I am a tall individual and slightly overweight.

I just also recently realized I wasn’t likely sitting in the embody properly as I wasn’t sitting all the way back. So I’m trying that now but it’s not a magic panacea either. I definitely feel like I’m getting much more support in this chair than my prior chair but I struggle to know if I’ve truly configured it properly and if perhaps my issues are just a debt history of inadequate support and whether this gets better as the chair enforces a better posture and my body adapts.

Anyone skipping days on 25mg for maintenance

Curious if anyone has experience using 25mg but skipping days for people who have met their weight loss targets but are using this for maintenance. Have been on zepbound for a while and currently using a higher dose kwikpen with less clicks per dose for more usage (i.e half dosing 15mg for essentially a weekly 7.5mg) but considering doing something like every other day Wegovy might work as well.

I tried semaglutide a while ago but tirzepatide was more effective for me, but now that I’m on maintenance mode I’m wondering if this pill might be easier.
