It's not easy.

Many people say it's okay to hate others even if they are good or have done you harm, but what will you tell someone who just hates himself, instead of harming himself he will push his boundaries on his body will do work out, running anything physical then will go and do handwriting practice, drawing, studying his own degree courses, he looks bright from outside but he is like a ticking time b9** from inside,he is angry very very very much,he mad at himself he will do anything to keep his mind and body occupied, tired to sui@@id** 3 times but stop as he thinks that living is the only damn punishment he can give himself,he doesn't fear dea@@@ he just wants to repay the dept that his family his given him for 25 years and want to disappear in the vast ocean in a secluded place far away from anyone, his dream is simple just want to run his own farm, be around nature and his beloved animals, but its very Herculean task, every set back is a mental test , he is fighting his own demons, good thing is he hasn't did anything harmful to others, hate lier's and don't lie himself as according to his logic it brings unnecessary worries and its simple so why should i lie if someone doesn't like it so be it I won't change myself.

He is a walking negative energy, bright like the sun on the outside but his mind is anything but normal.

Physical vs digital book.

What are the best options, digital books as i have seen many people using e books and reading it form Mobile or laptop well some prefer physical books i also love physical one but they are very budget consuming.
