Lounge access at SCL, Santiago Chile

Hey everyone, bit confused with my dragon pass. I have a visa credit card which offer 6 complimentary visa access. I'm looking to access lounge at SCL, Santiago Chile. However, I don't see any lounge being offered to dragon pass or priority pass intentional travelers.

Is something wrong what I'm looking at?

I know there are two lounges one being Primeclass Pacífico Lounges and other being The LATAM Lounge.

Is there a way I could access them? Travelling from Canada.

Thanks

Atacama with young kids self drive

Hey everyone, we are planning a trip to Chile in later part of January. We are family of 4 with 2 kids (2 and 5). We are there for 9 nights and 10 days.

We are thinking to plan our itinerary as below

3 nights in Santiago

2 nights Valparaíso/concon/ vela del mar

4 nights in Atacama - San Pedro

First thing first is end of January a good time for Atacama or totally avoidable?

Except for internal flight, we are planning to self drive even to the geysers and other attractions in Atacama desert (health permitted)

Kids are used to 7000-8000ft altitude, and I have personally driven and explored areas at 11000-13000ft in different parts of the world.

What do you guys suggest? Are the number of days enough? Do we change our iteniary, no of days here and there ?

Thanks in advance.

Two lease documents for 1 property

I'm renting out my detached home in GTA to a couple. The relator said that he would be sending over two leases for signing separately. As a landlord what are my risk? The couple are currently living together for 6 years but not married. Will it cause financial obligations or risk for me down the line if things don't as planned?

Investment in REIT

Considering current market scenario specifically real estate is it a good time to hold some REIT like ZRE? Or is too late as they are quite up YTD and inflation and US tariff could hurt. Looking for 1-2 year horizon

Traveling Chile from Toronto

We are planning a trip in mid January to Chile from Toronto and looking at following iteniary.

Santiago and Casablanca valley -2 nights Atacama and Calama - 3 nights Pucon - 2 nights Pantagonia -2 nights

Does this make sense? Are we missing out on some major tourist place or is it to cramped in? We are family of 4 with 2 kids under 5.

Would appreciate some suggestions, thanks

My portfolio 37M. Should I just sell and move everything to XEQT/VFV? Some really bad decisions in past

Looking at 15 years investment horizon. Currently have 500 a month buying capacity from my monthly salary savings. Should I just book losses and move to etfs? These are my TFSA and RRSP holdings. First screenshot is of RRSP account.
