My phone got stolen and i lost my email cause i don't recognise the password when i try to recover it they ask me for my number i enter it then i enter the code that i get in msg app then they ask to choose between two emails the one that i lost and another one i don't have it Anymore how can i recover it

Need help

When my friend try to enter my session he get this error but when i logged in his account from my xbox i didn't get this error and he tried another account from his xbox and he got this alert again

P.s: his xbox and gta are updated and we have same version
