Guys , both Men & Women Please tell me honestly...

Is it natural to lose sexual attraction towards partner after say 5-10 years??? Is it because with time we lose that curiosity and feeling of anticipation towards them? Is it the natural decline? Or do we need to do something to keep the spark alive? Did you do something specific?

The worst thing about Sexless Marriage is that you start hating yourself for feeling Natural.

To feel desired is the most fundamental need of a human. But repeated pleading, turning down , refusals make you question your own desires. You start doubting/ judging yourself for feeling natural , for feeling desired. And that's just sad.
