I love this time of year when the wild Irises bloom at my cabin in NW Alaska!

I made halibut omelettes with the leftovers this morning, one of my favorite meals 😋

Cooked in a cast iron pan, finished with a lemon glaze. Probably should have waited until they cooled fully to add the glaze but we didn’t have patience. 😛 🍋 🫐
