I had my period last Aug 10 and then I spotted today. (My last pill was last Aug 5 I take combo) I was peed and when I wiped, I noticed a faint pink tinge on my toilet paper. I peed again and I didn't see any light pink tinge.

When I got home, I used the toilet again and noticed a faint pink spot on my panty liner.

Is spotting normal in this case? It's only been 3 days since my period stopped (I have a 5-day period window) but it's been 12 days since I stopped taking my pill.

Any advice? Any similar experiences? Thank you!

I've had problems with my poops eversince I stopped taking my antidepressants. Since then, I've experienced constipation and just gut problems.

My friend recommended me to take magnesium complex and I did. I could go to the bathroom everyday and everytime it was great. However, my poops are either mushy or long and thin (like a snake that curves).

I am overthinking that something's wrong with me. I have health anxiety. The last time I had a normal poop that was a thick log was probably a month ago. Did anyone experience the same thing? I am always hyperaware of my stools.

Went for a check up in January and doctor said I have IBS. They did not find anything in my ultrasound (I might ask for a colonoscopy soon) and then prescribee some penaverium bromide and probiotics which worked too.
