What's wrong with my hair? I got diagnosed with mild AGA worsened by lack of vitamin D, stress and insulin resistance but I think there's something else going on, my trichologist says I don't have DUPA or LPP or Retrograde but my sides are thinning and I have diffuse thinning + my crown is way too bad

I'm Italian by birth and blood. I have absolutely no reason to defend India or Indians. I know it has its flaws, like the poor hygiene, the caste system, overpopulation, and everything else. But it's a gigantic country, a subcontinent with 1.5 billion people, and not everything is as it seems. There are incredible places: modern cities like Bengaluru, beautiful cities like Jaipur (the pink city), fantastic nature (the Himalayas), and even, as I said in the other comment, one of the 7 wonders of the world (the Taj Mahal).
Not to mention the culture and history. It's one of the cradles of human civilization, and many religions originate from India.
And all the Indian food, which is among the best in the world. I'm not talking about street food, but the actual restaurants.
But I'd like to focus on the racism towards Indians that exists on the internet, especially. For some reason, India has only been memed for almost 10 years, and racism is a constant. Racism toward Indians is practically normalized, unlike racism toward other ethnic groups. I admit that I, too, have laughed in the past, and often still do, at memes like "do not redeem it" and similar ones.
But a few specific memes are one thing, and blatant racism toward an entire population, who, in my personal experience, have always been among the kindest, is another.
I'm fed up with all this. One of the best trichologists in my countey said there was nothing wrong with me.
I went to the first real medical expert trichologist, after consulting two dermatologists, and she said it was just my vitamin D deficiency, insulin resistance, and anxiety.
She used a digital dermatoscope. I asked for a biopsy because I was itching and I was scared of pre scarring LPP, but she said, "Yes, it's the gold standard for diagnosis, but my colleagues would laugh if I told you to do one."
She prescribed me a treatment and told me to come back in December, saying she was confident the hair would grow back in the thinning areas.
I asked if it could be DUPA or retrograde alopecia, as the first dermatologist had said (the first dermatologist diagnosed me with retrograde Androgenetic alopecia and gave me minoxidil), but she said, "No, and she never should have prescribed minoxidil because you don't need it." She also said that DUPA is actually just a symptom and only relevant when a hair transplant is needed, which she said isn't the case with me.
I'm so tired; somehow I know I have non-scarring LPP, but she said I don't.
She said I don't have AGA either, but what the heck, I have diffuse thinning!
I attached the treatment she gave me.
