Hello!

I had few questions regarding Salesforce and I hope any experts here will help me to make next decision in my life.

Basically at the work I have right now we are using salesforce at beginners level, just checking customers profiles, confirming that its them and just overall basic stuff.

I was thinking about doing a Salesforce certificate at Trailhead for Admin position because that would bump up my salary by like 30% if not more according to market jobs.

My questions are:

1. Is the cerificate on trailhead really worth it and do people actually look up to that? Is it a big + having that in ur CV?
2. Would that cerificate + IT background be enough to get an admin position in salesforce?
3. How is the salesforce market looking like? Is it growing or slowly going down?

I can add that I live in Poland and I got languages such as Swedish, English, Polish if that makes any difference.

Hey had like 1y break from Albion (again) but gonna play with a friend tomorrow that's totally new, we gonna duo. I used to run druidic/nature staff for solo doing ava roads, do you think I could do it with him? I don't know what build he should run doe, that would be decent for both pve/pvp, any ideas?

Why I wanna do ava roads its because it used to be decent fame but also you can get some pvp encounters (which will make him learn quicker).
