Anyone else's seat sucked in the LS vistavision showing?

Maybe I got unlucky with my seat. I know I should be grateful to have access to one of the five theaters in the world that could play the vistavision 35mm version. But the seat almost ruined the experience for me. I had a middle seat that feels like it was sat on so much, the "stuffing" in the seat flattened and I could feel a hard bar in the middle of the seat. No matter how I sit it felt uncomfortable. I think it's the same seats they use in their IMAX theater but I guess they fix those more?

It felt worse than those old squeaky red fabric seats in some of the local AMCs where I live at. It almost made me wish I just went to see it at my local IMAX. I usually only travel to LS for their "OMG! 70mm! 1:43!" IMAX screen.

Crof.ai model provider just shut down (Fraudulently routed models to cheaper providers)

This giant block of text is the owner's apology.

Don't know who else was using this site but it just shut down. It was discovered that the site owner (who is only 19 years old) was scamming people by automatically routing their more expensive models to cheaper flash models. They were suppose to be a "ZDR" provider that hosted their own models on their own servers instead of being another middle man, but they started routing to random flash models through Openrouter. I think it's something that only started recently.

I was using it sometimes because it had some of the cheapest Deepseek, GLM, and Kimi K3 prices. Like it had a q2 quant of K3 for just $2 in /$4 out. Nano sub used to use crof for uncensored Mimo v2 Pro. I thought this might have been a legitimate business but I got rugpulled 😅

He said he would give refunds but the polar payment provider banned the crof account. At least I only had like a dollar left on there

There was just another thread on this subreddit today about "scummy providers".

Time to promote a new Sillytavern fork I found: TauriTavern

I was looking to see if anyone else made another fork of Sillytavern since it hasn't been updated in forever. Then I found this fork a few days ago. I didn't see anyone else post this yet, so I have to promote and advertise it.

This one looks like it has the potential to be a nice successor to SillyTavern someday. The main advantages of this fork are:

Native TauricTavern apps ported to windows/mac/linux/ios/android
The "backend" has been rebuilt from Node.JS to Rust. What this means is that it doesn't require Node.JS to install in the command line anymore to run ST. On desktop with the portable version, it's just click and run. On android, no more having to fuck around with termux shit. After installing the apk, it instantly runs TauricTavern.
Compatibility with existing Sillytavern extensions and presents.
Will always upstream new updates from the original Sillytavern respository
UI to add new models to chat completion sources instead of waiting for devs to add it in
Multi device sync support
Supports AI agent framework such as tool calling, Skills, sub-agents, and a run timeline (Still have no idea how to use agents 😅)

To quickly import all your data from sillytavern to Tauritavern,

On sillytavern, Go to user settings -> account -> download backup
On Tauritavern, go to extensions -> data migration -> import data archive. Import zip file created.
You will need to copy paste secrets.json file in the /default-user/ folder.

EDIT:The OP pic doesn't really show it but the program looks like almost vanilla sillytavern when you boot it up. It doesn't have some crazy fundamentally different UI. It's more like ST with QOL improvements.

If you're using the android version and want to fix the weird screen scaling: click the button on the bottom left with the three lines and click on "toggle fullscreen []".
