I mainly enjoy doing these, both planes and helicopters, but the career mode seems to just want to shove sight seeing, vip transports and such to me. I only want to do the things I listed in the title.
I know neofly exist but I haven't tired it, would that fill the role? Does it expand on the types of these missions more than career mode?
For IL2 some planes require a lot of adjustments for radiators, oil, trim etc, msfs24 thankfully has interactable cockpit but still adjust some thing like trim can be difficult with my current hotas (hotas x). I'm also playing in VR so using the keyboard can be difficult.
What would you all recommend? I enjoy flying helicopters, single and twin engine planes, don't really care for large ones like 747.
I plan on buying the Gladiator NXT EVO ‘Space Combat Edition’ premium, and the VKB rudder peddles.
I'm reading that you can talk to the copilot, so can I ask them what speed I should be at, or what's our next course, where is this switch and should it be on, walk me through startup procedures, or if I ask can it adjust things like trim?
