Me and my gf been together for almost 3 years and our sex life has been bad first time we did it was like a year into our relationship and since then weve done it like 15\~ time and it bothers me alot i tried to say something like I need more sex in our relationship. Sex is an important part of my self esteem She would say she understood sometimes things would get better for a day other times she'd feed me an excuse and Id accept it. She turned me down like 300 times because shes just not in the mood . And i feel like shes never in the mood and when i ask her why dont u want to have sex with me why is it so rare she just says that shes not in the mood even when she is in the mood i need to be fast asf to get “ready” otherwise shes gonna lose her mood in like a minute or so i need advice on what to do and how do i talk with her about it so that it can change our bedroom life because its literally killing me not getting intimate with her for like 5months straight

And other thing is to get her in the mood is absolutely impossible we can like makeout playaround for like 20minutes and she doesnt wanna do it bcuz shes not in the mood even when i setup everything my parents go out for the week the house is mine and for the whole week we didnt do it she said she was in the mood and i was absolutely stoked but then like 10secs later she says that shes not in the mood and that its gone and when i try to engage it she just turns me down all the time and i feel hurt and sometimes think shes not attracted to me sometimes feel like im doing something wrong i tried everything i did research on it and nothing works please give me advice
