Individual Physical Therapists (not chains!)

Hello! I am once again in need of physical therapy for my very boring office job where I sit at a desk for hours. Specifically, I'm dealing with a ton of hip and lower back pain that I am worried if going to get worse. I've been to physical therapists before at large chains across the city (i.e. Spear) but did not like how I would get rotated around to different practitioners depending on the day, since I would like to progressively build strength with someone over time.

Does anyone have PT recommendations for PTs that operate their own practice or out of a small practice? Extra points if they're located on the UES or are particularly good at handling poor hips/back/posture issues. Thanks!

Canadian in America

Hi all! I am a Canadian citizen and have been living in the States for ~7 years. I have only been investing in my 401K for the past 2.5 years and max out my pre-tax contributions per year. For a while I was nervous about "tying" up my money here in case I ever moved back but that is becoming less likely as time goes on.

I want to invest for retirement in the most effective way possible on top of my 401K contributions. Are there any other Canadian women living the States that are using other account types? I know Roth IRAs (or backdoor Roth in my case) are common but have any of you found better ways to invest your money while still protecting your investments if you need to move back to Canada?
