Bad relapse, severe dehydration

I'm struggling, sat in a chair on my day off for 14 hours building scenery in a factory game, at one point i'm trying to do some basic math in my head and couldn't remember a few basic numbers. I was so dehydrated I was getting delirious and having trouble thinking, seeing spots and even got short of breath. 12 hours and a gallon of water later i'm back to normal, this can't be healthy. When I play video games at the computer I get sucked in so hard I don't even move and I neglect everything in my life.

I want my money back.

Today I have decided I have had enough. I can't attend another online "lecture" where some really cringy person talks about their personal opinion on some off the wall topic and clearly has absolutely no planned lecture. I'm happy to hear other people seem to have good results but my experience here has been abysmal. I'm on my 4th class so far and my opinion on the instructors is lower than I thought could be possible.

Had a rough relapse and need help overcoming sadness.

So 3-4 months ago I sold my graphics card, RAM (big profit) and processor for nearly as much as I built the entire PC for 2.5 years ago. I made it at least 12 weeks before finding a way to game without a gaming PC. Fast forward after a 4 week relapse, I ended up calling in sick for work, started gaming at 2pm and didn't leave my computer until 11 am the next day. Yes 21 hours sitting at a stupid f****g screen building an amazing fake factory that nobody will ever see or appreciate. Actually 1100 hours in just that one playthrough.

So you can imagine, I'm 48 years old, that is not working out to well for me physically, it's making me teter on the edge of having some real serious health problems. These 4 weeks have trashed me so hard that in the last 2 days just getting decent sleep, eating very healthy and going to the gym have had an insane way on the way I feel physically and mentally.

I started gaming 18 years ago on WOW and it was incredibly destructive to me. Anyways I have had some long breaks from gaming, like 2 years at a time. Destroyed several gaming rigs. This time I put in a request to Steam to delete my account.

My main problem is an MMO I was playing, my Khajiit character I feel incredibly tied to. I feel a sense of abandoning someone, and the online guild that has basically dwindled down to just a handful of people. It is bumbing me out again. I know I can keep from gaming until possibly the end of this year but how will I stay on this track?

Mostly I just feel a bit of pain leaving my character that I was very in to.

Sketchy, weird people blocking the door at King Soopers on Eagle

Camo hats, political nonsense, sign that says "Don't California our Colorado." That's not a very neighborly or grown up thing to have in front of your store. Frankly I don't need this shit when I'm trying to buy stuff for my salad. The awesome thing is that I can go shop somewhere else.
