Just unlocked my first 5 stars (Akebono deserve it) , but does the difference between a lv4 and lv6 unique skill is noticeable ?

Also I just noticed I'm doing a David vs Golitah .

This will be a lengthy post since I "explain" below why I'm not sure on my calls on the different banners , so I'll try to make as digestible as possible .

If you want a TL;DR : Uma puller (mostly Pace/Late) want to know the essential cards to see which Umas to skip/farm later , and stop changing his pull plan every 4 days . Screenshot should be enough infos .

Hi ! I'm an Umas puller , but I can't manage to have a fixed pull plan (always switching who/what I'm pulling or not) , and I need help to be able to put it into stone .

What I'm looking for is to get the "minimal requirement" of Supp cards for Pace Chaser and Late Surger (most of the Umas I'm seeking will often get an evolved skill for one of those 2 style) , while still trying to get as much planned Umas as possible .
Some of them are non-negotiable pulls , so the plan can be tweaked around getting them .

I'm not someone who's looking to be the "top tier meta player" , but I would like to be able to do 1st in graded group B or even reaching graded group A consistently .

More information that are not on the screenshots :

- Anniversary tickets are heavily dependent on my situation at the time they happen to be available . It's possible I can sometimes use 20 bucks for a past characters or card , but I'm not counting on it .

- Right now , I'm generally making either A+ or S Umas , with a few S+ on good luck .

- I'm still planning to use the Umas who are Front Runner and End Closer . They will simply use the generalist cards .

- If I really have to chose between Pace Chaser and Late Surger , I think I would go Pace Chaser .

Here's below the banners where I'm hesitating to either pull or not .

2026 pulls :

- Air Shakur : I really like this Uma personality for some reason . I also really appreciate the dynamic with Fine Motion and the meme about the Wit Ssr (which was my fist Ssr card in the game) .
She's in concurrence against Nakayama Festa for the pulls , and I didn't find (yet) any good way to pull the two of them without having to skip some "non-negotiable" banners .

- Winning Ticket/Narita Taishin Steampunk : I'm just a sucker for Steampunk aesthetic (where do you think my user name came from ?) , so I wonder if I should pull on that banner , even if I have less affinity with Ticket and Taishin than the other Umas I want (but who know , it could change)

- Tamamo Cross Festival : I really love that skin , but I think I can do without it ? After all , base Tama is also one of the earliest farmable Uma on the list , and this skin is even farmable before other Uma like Mr. C.B. or Air Shakur/Nakayama Festa .

- Nakayama Festa : Her character and the gambling theme really hooks me . I especially love the Christmas skin , but that's a pretty far banner .
She's in concurrence against Air Shakur for the pulls , and I didn't find (yet) any good way to pull the two of them without having to skip some "non-negotiable" banners .

- Mr. C.B. Wit/Super Creek Stamina : Should I really skip this one ?
I know Super Creek is relevant up to Sounds of Earth/Air Shakur (if not more ?) , and I don't know how much of a hard time it would be to play without .
Mr. C.B. will probably be borrowed since I play very few end closer .

- Ancestor & Guides Pal : I've read it shouldn't be pulled since the banner run slightly after Ramonu Wit , but the leader of my clan say we should still at least get it 0LB . So I don't really know if I should ditch 200 pulls here .

2027 pulls :

- Katsuragi Ace : The only Uma on my list who get a rerun (outside of No Reason weird case) , so this one can be pulled right away , skip and pulled on the later banner or pulling the New Year one (I like them both) .

- Mejiro McQueen Wit : An necessity for Pace Chaser yes , but is it good only at 3LB/MLB or is it good enough at 1LB ?

- Sound of Earth Stamina : Either I start pulling for this , or I still wait up until Air Shakur Stamina .

- Cheval Grand : She's out right before Duramente Speed and Satono Diamond Wit . I would like to pull her , but if the cards banner is really worth it to invest , I can "sacrifice" Cheval Grand and probably try to get the Summer version (or luck her) .

- Duramente Speed/Satono Diamond Wit : A banner I should probably pull on , since Duramente Speed is said to be a good card and Satono Diamond Wit is for Late Surger . But at the same time I don't know how much I should really invest into .

- Orfevre Guts/Ryoka Tsurugi Pal : Does every "Scenario Tax" need to be pulled at 400 or does 200 is enough ?

- Kasturagi Ace (rerun) : See what I said on her first run .

- Yayoi Akikawa Pal/Nishino Flower Power : Same question than Ofevre/Ryoka banner .

- Still In Love Speed : Since Almond Eye Speed is "supposedly" not that far away (estimated 4 months after) , I'm tempted to skip Still In Love , even if she's is a strong generalist card .

2028 pulls : (This part is light in term of card pulls since I've almost no knowledge about those , outside of the obvious)

- "Durandal/No Reason/Cheval Grand Summer/Taiki Shuttle Valentine/Sound of Earth Valentine" : I group those 4 banners here because I don't know if there is more cards that aren't on the actual pull plan that would be added later .

- Symboli Rudolf Wit/Mejiro Ardan Power : Apparently good cards for Late Surger and Pace Chaser ?

- Katsuragi Ace New Year/Mr. C.B. New Year : If I still didn't pulled for base Katsuragi Ace , I can pull her skin here . I also don't mind getting Mr. C.B. New Year , which could allow me to skip farming her base version .

- Tucker Bryne Pal/Tamamo Cross Power : I believe Tucker Bryne have to be 3 LB to work ? Is it just better to borrow her instead ? Or does the Tama card is too great to ignore ?

- Kiyoko Hoshina Pal/Tokai Teio Speed : Outside that's a scenario tax , I know nothing about what the banner worth .

I hope I could gather enough opinion to be done with this pull plan for a good while .
