Amazon Flex Delivery Repeat Offender - Package in the yard. TWICE.
First offense - May 15 - Amazon Flex driver simply throws my package out the window. I call Amazon CS, and they assure me that it will be addressed. I also emailed jeff@amazon.com and received a BS canned response where again I was assured that this kind of behavior would be addressed.

Fast forward to May 20 - some very distinct similarities in these two videos, but I assure you that they're not the same! I arrived home from an errand at 5:31 p.m. to find yet another package in the yard. "You have got to be kidding me..." is all I could say. I check the cameras, and lo and behold, look who it is.

This is just absurd that these Flex drivers can get away with this. Yes, I got my package. No, it wasn't damaged. That's not the point.
