First offense - May 15 - Amazon Flex driver simply throws my package out the window. I call Amazon CS, and they assure me that it will be addressed. I also emailed jeff@amazon.com and received a BS canned response where again I was assured that this kind of behavior would be addressed.

Fast forward to May 20 - some very distinct similarities in these two videos, but I assure you that they're not the same! I arrived home from an errand at 5:31 p.m. to find yet another package in the yard. "You have got to be kidding me..." is all I could say. I check the cameras, and lo and behold, look who it is.

This is just absurd that these Flex drivers can get away with this. Yes, I got my package. No, it wasn't damaged. That's not the point.

This was my Amazon Flex delivery this morning. Absolutely disrespectful lazy driver, completely deserving of public humiliation for her laziness. This was $37 of underwear. She doesn't know whether it's $37 worth of underwear or $37 worth of underwear and $500 of jewelry for my wife.

Sent scathing email to jeff@amazon.com looking for escalation and response.
