Milo loves being on fire watch lol

I’m doing a spell this evening and Milo decided to help me. He’s on safety watch over the flame lol. We love a good helper <3

Opinions?

This is a fairly normal nights sleep for me. I’m usually awake somewhere between 20-40 minutes per night. This night I was at the higher end of awake time but still within my normal range. I feel absolutely exhausted most of the time even though I hit my 7 hours, my bodies natural alarm clock won’t let me sleep in later lol. On the weekends I usually take a mid day 2 hour nap plus my regular 7 hours at night. I feel a little better on the weekends. Any ideas what I can do to help? Anyone else in a similar situation?

Show anxiety tips

So like most people I get nervous before a show. I compete primarily in liberty but also do dressage and starting out with some jumping this year. I have an amazing experienced horse who absolutely knows and loves what she’s doing when it comes to jumping. One good and bad thing about her is she’s EXTREMELY in tune with her rider. Great most of the time NOT GREAT when I get nervous and she also starts getting nervous because of that lol. In the flat I can handle my nerves better but being a new jumper I’m still intimidated the first couple jumps and then settle in. So I was wondering what people with super sensitive horses like mine do to help calm their nerves. I gotta do something because if I’m nervous she will refuse jumps and spook at her own shadow lmao. Thanks in advance!

Any idea what this formation is? I’ve never seen it before!

For context we do have a pretty major storm rolling it with wind and tornado threats
