“Rath” question

What’s the difference between Rath’Hood and Hood, Rath’Shadowthrone and Shadowthrone, and the other people with “Rath” in their name?

“More wine?”

Quick Ben’s interactions with Bauchelain and Broach are hilarious. The “more wine?” line had me in tears. I really, really enjoy Eriksons humor.

Finished BCS a few days ago, and have been thinking about the key dichotomy between it and BB (spoilers for both series' ahead)

I think one of, if not the main overarching idea between the two shows comes down to how Jimmy and Walter want to be seen vs how they actually think.

Walter wants to be seen as a guy who just wants to help his family. But in reality, by the end of BB, we see that his driving force is his own ego, and self-love. He may care about his family, but he doesn't care more about them then himself.

On the other hand, Jimmy wants to be seen as a guy who is self-dependent and strong. But deep down, all he wants is genuine approval from those around him (namely Kim and Chuck).

Walter and Jimmy's ultimate conclusions are so sharply contrasted in their respective series finales. Walter dies in the lab, content in a sense because he was ultimately the "master" of his craft. Meanwhile, Jimmy is happy, or at the very least--at peace, knowing that the one he loves most (Kim) is safe and also at peace.

I really love this contrast. I think Jimmy/Saul is undeniably my favorite, most interesting character I've ever seen in a story (TV, movie, or book). I'm sad I can never watch BCS for the first time again, but am already looking forward to a rewatch.

Have any of y'all interpreted BCS and BB in a similar, or more interestingly--a different way?
