Open Ear/Bone Conduction headphones

Hi All

After some recommendations on open ear/bone conduction headphones. Have a race on Sunday and just seen that I can't have regular in ear headphones but I don't have the mental strength to run without music 😂

So after any suggestions of something that will stay put, preferably not something that wraps behing my head as I don't get on with that style. Bonus points if I can collect/it can be delivered tomorrow.

Levelling out advice

Hi all

We've recently had a wall moved in the kitchen but it's left a bit of a mess of the floor. We plan to get the kitchen redone, but realistically that's a good 12-18 months away. Is there a way this could be levelled out temporarily to allow for flooring to be laid over it? Long term, we'd be looking at tile or similar but for now I'm thinking roll laminate would do, so hoping to avoid screeding at this stage.

Going on holiday

Hi All :)

Going away on Saturday for a week, usually inject on a Wednesday.

I'm on the 1.7mg dose, injected last night as usual.

Will I be ok to just inject when I get back? It'll mean I'm over by about 3 days, but I could go back to Wednesdays next week (or slowly bring it back to Wednesdays)

Don't really want to travel with it.
