Right now what I do is, I plug my phone in to my computer, browse over to the drive my phone was assigned, and then manually copy files over to my PC, one drive at a time.
Surely there is an easier way?
I saw a breathwork reel, but I can’t remember the exact wording.
It said that most people breathe either “vertically” or “horizontally” along the nose/throat/neck ... not literally, but as a cue for how the body moves during breathing.
I can’t remember which one it said most people do incorrectly. But the reel said that to breathe properly, you need to breathe the other way...either more “vertically” or more “horizontally.”
It also said that babies naturally breathe this way. I tried this technique and immediately i felt I was breathibg better.
This chant is supposed to relieve feelings of shame and failure
