This beam is uh... floating mid air. The new crowbar didn't help much. How do I break it?

I tried entering creative and selecting and deleting blocks, crowbared all the surrounding blocks, and still nothing. Maybe fire will help, but that's kinda risky. I'm at my wit's end here, suggestions?

got an input card for my JVC pvm, wanna ask how to set it up properly.

1st pic is through the VGA input to my Linux pc. the image is crooked and uh, very bad. I'm assuming this is something that crtemudriver is used for, but I wanted to get a second opinion and make sure.

2nd pic is an original xbox through 5 component cables. you can see there's a 6th input on the card (for sync?) that i don't have a wire for. I thought it would work through sync over green, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that on my crt. any ideas?

For testing purposes, I also put a composite cable into green, which worked well, and the image is stable, even if black and white. I also tried using a scart to composite adapter, which resulted in no image, but with audio.

I know the first thing you should probably try to do in my position is plug in a normal scart cable, but sadly I don't have one yet - waiting for the delivery. In the meantime, I hope someone could please tell me what's exactly going wrong here with both of the provided examples, and if I can make anything I have on my hands rn work
