I currently live on the westside and they are pricing me out of my current place. Happened to find a posting for a spot in San Pedro off of Gaffey near the Vons. I’m a single guy who WFH and was hooked by the vibe of the town. The area seems a little run down but I see a lot of potential. Planning on going to the fireworks show this weekend and explore the town. Any recommendations on moving there are appreciated.

Now the show is over, any clues on what’s next? I would love to see subs like this and the YT community be able to pivot away from anything CBS. I don’t think we have seen the last of Stephen T. Colbert.
