Worth moving down a dosage to stop stomach issues?

Hi all, my wegovy journey so far has been;

0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, another 1mg, 1.7mg, 2.4mg, and now currently on week 2 of my second lot of 2.4mg.

Since I started I've had zero side effects, and I really count myself lucky, absolutely nothing.

2.4mg starts and my stomach just cannot do food anymore. Eat healthy? Sulphur burps bloating and diarrhea, eat unhealthy? The same. Eat nothing? Ok a day free of issues... lol

It's been daily and is hell, i was wondering if people think its worth me dropping back to 1.7mg where I didn't have this issue?

I've been consistently losing 1kg a week since I started and still am so no plateauing or anything so far.

I've seen other people mention sulphur burps on here which made me so happy to see tbh, it's so hard and awkward explaining that shit to people who have never experienced it :(

How long did it take for you to see it in the mirror?

First post here so hello all. 29M from the uk and I've been on wegovy since early Feb now.

I started at 135.5kg and am now at about 115.3kg as of my last weigh in last week. So around 15 weeks and about 20kg lost which is just over 3 stone which sounds crazy when you hear it in numbers.

Long way to go though as I'm trying to drop the weight and bulk up muscle wise like I used to be in my late teens / early 20s and after many false starts over my mid 20's this time has finally had movement thanks to the wegovy.

All that being said, I'm still overweight and I'm going to be probably until around the end of the year when ill hopefully be down to a healthy weight.

In terms of exercise I do bits monday to friday, mon wed and Fri is a 5 mile walk and Tuesday and Thursday ive now swapped the walk for lifting weights.

As the flair suggests this is a question post though so I'll cut to the chase now, I have lost 3 stone, but I do not see it in the mirror, like.. at all.

I thought I was seeing a bit of a change recently but then I looked at some candid pictures I was caught in that were taken by a friend at an event I was at this weekend and I just thought damn. I don't look any different to a year ago let alone when I started.

Now people have told me I look better etc, some have, some have had the opportunity to say it who havent seen me in a while and did not, for whatever reason that may be.

So my question is, how much weight did you have to lose and with that how long did you go for before you really looked in the mirror and say, "damn... i look good / much better"

Bonus if you are a guy whi started around my weight and have lost weight too, to give me a closer idea, however I am interested in all shapes, sizes and weight loss amounts thoughts on this too!
