I am a member at Lids I get tons of promotional emails about great sales that are in store only. I only buy hats in store because the same size of hats fits differently between each hat. Lids is the only place within a 200 mile radius that sells New Era hats near me. When I go to the Lids in my area (Southeast USA) other than the on the field caps it is only Dodgers, Yankees, and Braves hats. I do not have an affiliation to any MLB teams I just love 59Fifty hats. I would love to be able to shop the different collections and be able to buy hats of teams that aren't the 3 mentioned above.

Is this something that happens in most stores around the country or do the Lids stores around me just suck?

Background info- I am a recent finance graduate while in school did part time administration and a little bit out accounting work for a super small geotechnical engineering company. I just started my job as a staff accountant at a big manufacturing company. Just got done watching my supervisor do what I would be doing and I am completely lost. Got extremely comfortable with Quickbooks and now am using ProAlpha and it seems like a completely different language. None of the training so far seems to make any sense to me.

Is this normal for the first days? They have training set up for me throughout the week but I am just feeling like I am way over my head here.
