I assume im supposed to stop researching and just talk to a few people but before doing that what would you use to narrow the list?

I feel like im making this way more complicated than it should be. I can find real estate agents through Google, Zillow, Realtor,com, brokerage websites, individual sites and matching platforms but each one gives me a different list and different information.

we recently went vertical with our shelving up to about 16 feet and workers are still using a standard stepladder to reach the upper levels. it works but it is slow and makes me nervous during a busy shift when someone is carrying anything up.

curious what features matter most for a setup with about eight people accessing upper shelves throughout the day. weight rating, caster locks, handrail height, what made the biggest difference and is there anything you would do differently?

Im helping my dad to sort out vision coverage since he is now retired and lost his work benefits. It turns out getting vision insurance without employer sponsor is kinda a whole thing, he just needs the yearly exam, glasses every couple years. But paying out of pocket each time seems like a waste if theres a reasonable plan out there

What are people actually using in this situation?
