Convicted murderer from New Orleans. Drowned his wife in a bathtub in the union station Omni hotel. Bill McClellan wrote a great book about it. Was featured on Forensic Files and some other shows. Was represented by Art Margulis.

He was released in 2014 and would he around 80 years old today if he’s still alive. Anyone know what he did/has done post release?

I am assuming essentially zero. But if she were to get a new trial, and her defense was somehow able to keep the Walk the Dog letter out of the trial (I am assuming her lawyers will use that as a basis of justification for a new trial, that it was allowed in the first place)……does Kouri have a chance at prevailing? The actual direct evidence was pretty thin tbh. The circumstantial evidence was strong, and WtD tied it all together.
