What do I need to change 🤔

I made this bread last night with my Zojirushi bread maker. It was supposed to be French bread, but it turned out really hard to chew 😆 I just ate some and my jaw hurts now.

I didn’t have bread flour, so I used all-purpose flour instead, and I used instant yeast.

Does anyone know what might have gone wrong?

Need advice please

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the June EE exam.

I took the exam last year but unfortunately didn’t pass. I also prepared for the January 2026 exam, but after scoring around 56% on a mock exam, I didn’t feel confident enough and decided to withdraw.

Now I’m preparing again for the June exam. I’m using the new Rx course material along with Pharmachieve 2024 notes for review of the same topics. I’m also using flashcards for memorization and doing question banks at the same time. I feel comfortable with most topics, although some still need more work. Since I still have about one month left and I’m studying full-time, I feel I still have time to improve and be ready.

However, reading experiences from people who studied a lot but still didn’t pass has made me doubt myself a bit. I’m also considering buying another question bank for additional practice.

For those who passed the EE exam:

What helped you the most during the final month?

Which question bank did you find most similar to the actual exam?

Any advice or study strategies would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
