Customer asks " Can you build a doorway and a wall that covers this area". Due to there being no overhead support to anchor a top track too and run vertical studs into it, i had to build lookouts that cantilvered off the side of the stair stringer. Creating a dynamic visual and structural appeal. Also this system wall covers a old steel handrail setup that they did not want to see from the interior facing side.

The last two pictures show the building that this wall was built in, and that will eventually be turned into a training facility for my Local Grid company.( Electrical) Fingers crossed they accept my bid to build out this entire space.

The hollow column underneath the Key, is a 3 piece unit that i have been waiting on for 3 months.Very nice Cornice column design which you can see in the last picture. Yes, there is some pointing to do underneath the block where it meets the edge and some final skim patching in places to smooth everything out nice. But other than that, i'm pretty happy with this entire project.

No design, no prints, just the team and i brainstorming an idea and this is what we came up with.

Being able to grow my own medicine in the back yard is a wonderful feeling. Hope ya'll have a bountiful season.

The opening in the block wall is a doorway. The floor above still has yet to be cut thru so my guys can continue building the elevator shaft

This Elevator shaft and Vestibule has been nothing but a headache. Dam engineers making CO after CO.
