On my flight this morning, the flight attendant rearranged passengers in my row so each of us ended up with a row to ourselves. I fly 35–40 times a year, and I can’t remember another airline doing that without being asked.

I recently started flying Southwest because of changes at work, and after reading posts here about people having to stay in their assigned seats, even on empty flights, I wasn’t expecting that. It was a nice surprise and made for a really comfortable two-hour flight.

Just wanted to share a little positivity!
