Guys, I'm laying my cards on the table (options). As I mentioned before, I'm in a bit of a complicated situation because my internship partner's start date and mine are a month and a half apart, which ruins our plans to rent a quiet apartment near work.

So, like every day, I checked Padsplit/Facebook/Reddit and even Booking.com. On Padsplit, I saw a decent room, but I'm unsure about the distance, so I'm asking for your help:

1: My route will be based on bus/walking, but from Berkeley Park, Atlanta to Buckhead Atlanta Fish Market. I ask for your understanding that I won't give exact addresses. Do you think this is a good option, especially considering that as a young woman who doesn't know her schedule and might get off work late?

2: I'm open to renting a room in Midtown or areas where it's easy to have a room for around $800. Open to discussion.

Due to poor organization by the people in charge of my internship, my roommate and I had our arrival dates changed: he's now on September 27th and I'm on August 28th. This is causing us a lot of problems renting an apartment we had already discussed, but they would only accept us if we both stayed because of the minimum salary for both of us. As you can probably guess, I need to find a place to live for a maximum of two months and a minimum of one and a half.

•Im looking for a place near Buckhead/Brookhaven (my company requires proximity, and I don't have my own transportation).

•My budget is $900-1000, depending on the room and whether it has a private or shared bathroom.

•I prefer female student roommates for safety, or male student roommates.

•I don't smoke and I have a low tolerance for humor because I have rhinitis/I drink socially.

•Please, I'm looking for serious people so we can arrange this in advance.

I'm Eliana, 23F. I'll be moving to Atlanta in finals of July for my internship and looking for an apartment, room, suit or studio (Idm I need a place). It had to be near to Buckhead, Brookhaven or around, cuz begin honest, if something happened in any moment: traffic, criminal scenes, slip coffee on someone, i could be near to my job, righ???

I can't handle messy, trashy and peoples who don't take care of cleanness.

I don't like it when people invade my space, and I respect other people's space as well.

I like to go out a lot, but if there are rules about curfew, I will respect them.

I can't be in a place where people are smoking or drinking in the apartment.

I wouldn't touch other people's things without permission, and I don't like it when they do it with my things.

I'm quite sociable and flexible, but I don't tolerate it when people cross my boundaries.
