I had a really great interview yesterday for a SM position. I am meeting the DM next week. Do you like your job? What is the culture like? What do you not like? Do you feel like communication is open and transparent? I currently work for a big cosmetic company and I'm expected to lie a lot and I struggle with that.

I was getting my brows done after my shift a few days ago. My GM was chatting this woman up she was ringing out with MPos, she's pushing the card. My GM has great verbage and is very convincing.

So, she says something like, "if you have your ID on you, we can get you going today." And this woman replies with, "ID? No, I'm just a baby." And she was serious, no smirk, nothing. Y'all, that was the best response I've heard so far. It made me giggle to myself.
