What do people eat when their sweet tooth is begging for sweets? I was hoping the sweers craving would go away, but maybe when I've been on it longer.

I have no idea how to start weight traing. Any advice?

Just took my first wegovy pill this morning and have been waiting for horrible side effects since I've freaked myself out reading all the horror stories, lol. Stats: F 60 y/o, cw 158 gw 135. Hoping for the best and ready!
