Just dropping my matcha in to ask if anyone else’s had some kinda green paint on the zippers? seems weird to me and everytime i look at others, there doesn’t seem to be any. idk seems like it could be a quality issue cause it really looks sloppy :(
got my full car done like two weeks ago and had a few install issues they were cool about. next after install noticed same window was peeling, went back in and they redid it (didn’t mention the scratch). got the windshield redone once due to lifting at the corners and again due to excess contamination.
just today i noticed a large scratch on the passenger rear window. it’s on the outside of the glass and i can feel it on my fingernail but it doesn’t catch. i pulled the dashcam footage and see the shop puts the film on the outside as a template but the scratch is in the middle of the window basically… i also wasn’t able to see them working on the window. they have been cool guys and i don’t want to seem unreasonable and a karen esp when they have stood by their work multiple times already.

2nd owner and i’ve put like 3k miles on it since purchase.
